Yes, our services are always included in the purchase price. Regardless of whether you buy the e-bike in the eFRAMER or Ochsner Sport stores or online shops.

Yes, provided they are new models from the 2026 model year. For e-bikes from earlier model years, whether new or used, the services only apply in part:

Here in the eFRAMER online shop, you can choose from the following payment methods:

Upon handover (in cash or by card)
Order now and pay in cash or by card (credit card or EC) when the e-bike is handed over to you at your home.

Cards & Twint (Worldline)
When ordering, enter your credit card details in the payment window as usual for online purchases. Or pay via the Twinnt app.

Pay later (Klarna)
As soon as your order is confirmed, you will receive an email with payment instructions from Klarna within two days. You then have 30 days to test your e-bike and only pay when you are satisfied.

3 interest-free installments (Klarna)
Paying in 3 installments without interest allows you to spread the cost of your e-bike over 3 equal installments. The first installment will be debited from your bank account, debit or credit card at the time of ordering. The remaining two payments will be debited automatically in 30 and 60 days respectively. If you pay on time, no interest or fees will be charged.

Instant transfer (Klarna)
This allows you to pay directly via your online banking. When ordering, a payment window opens, similar to paying by credit card, in which you connect to your online banking and then pay the purchase amount directly from your bank account.

Questions & Answers about the e-Bikes


Yes, this is possible with most common trailers without any problems. However, make sure that you have a suitable thru axle, which must be slightly longer. For the THUN and AARE models, the thru axles usually supplied by the manufacturer can be used. For the GRIMSEL model, a separate thru axle must be ordered, as it must not only be longer but also larger in diameter.

We currently only offer e-bikes up to 25km/h, which can be ridden without registration or a yellow license plate. Also on cycle paths and natural roads, where fast e-bikes up to 45km/h are prohibited in Switzerland.

Yes. Instead of returning the e-bike, you can change the model or frame size. Any price difference for the model would either be credited or charged to you.

Yes. With the Bosch PowerMore 250 Range Extender Set, you can treat your e-bike to an extra 250Wh battery charge. Which can be mounted directly on the bike thanks to the included bracket.

A standard 230V outlet is sufficient to connect the Bosch charger.

From the age of 16, young people can swing onto an e-bike saddle without having to take a test. With a passed moped test, even from the age of 14.

No, just stop by.

We only recommend making an appointment for longer test rides at our shop in Thun.

A short test ride is a quick spin in and around the shop, e.g. in the parking lot.

A longer test ride is an extended trip, possibly also off-road.

Not necessarily.

A short test ride will definitely give you a good first impression of comfort and handling.

With eFRAMER, you don’t have to worry too much about the test ride. Thanks to the 30-day return policy, you have enough time to make sure that the e-bike really suits you, after we have optimally adjusted it to you at the handover.

This way, you can be sure that the e-bike suits you even when ordering online.

Questions & Answers about the Returns Policy


That’s up to you. You can return the e-bike regardless of the reason.

Yes. Instead of returning the e-bike, you can change the model or frame size. Any price difference for the model would either be credited or charged to you.

If you return the e-bike with a mileage of more than 150km, we may reduce the refund amount.

If your e-bike has any damage upon return, we would deduct this from the purchase price that we refund to you.

These models are usually sold as used bikes in our shop in Thun.

Questions & Answers about the Service Package


The service package applies exclusively to new eFRAMER e-bikes from model year 2026 onwards.

Additional services and accidental damage are not included and are at your expense.

Unlike a warranty case, you bring your e-bike to the workshop yourself. Pick-ups by eFRAMER are not possible.

The free bike check including wear material is only valid in the first 12 months after the purchase date.

The free e-bike service including wear material is valid from the 12th month up to a maximum of 24 months after purchase.

Later redemptions are not possible. Likewise, payouts of the service credit or the transfer of the service to another person or another e-bike.

The voucher applies exclusively to the purchased eFRAMER e-bike and cannot be transferred or used for another (non-brand) e-bike.

Warranty FAQs


No, but you can purchase premium e-bike insurance in our online shop that also protects you against damage from falls.

Always contact eFRAMER customer service first. We will then work together to find a solution as quickly as possible.

No. The warranty expires immediately if the customer or a third party not expressly authorized by eFRAMER makes changes or repairs to the delivered items without the written consent of eFRAMER.

No. The use of the warranty does not lead to an extension of the original warranty period. This continues for the original duration.
