Yes, our services are always included in the purchase price. Regardless of whether you buy the e-bike in the stores or in the eFRAMER or Ochsner Sport online stores.
Yes, as long as they are new models from model year 2026. For e-bikes from earlier model years, whether new or used, the services only apply in part:

On delivery (in cash or by card)
Order now and pay in cash or by card (credit card or EC) when you receive your e-bike at home.
Cards & Twint (Worldline)
When ordering, enter your credit card details in the payment window as usual for online purchases. Or pay via the Twinnt app.
Pay later (Klarna)
As soon as your order is confirmed, you will receive an email with payment instructions from Klarna within two days. You then have 30 days to test ride your e-bike and only pay when you are satisfied.
3 interest-free installments (Klarna)
Pay in 3 installments without interest allows you to spread the cost of your e-bike over 3 equal installments. The first installment is debited from your bank account, debit or credit card at the time of ordering. The remaining two payments will be debited automatically in 30 and 60 days respectively. If you pay on time, you will not incur any interest or fees.
Sofortüberweisung (Klarna)
This allows you to pay directly via your online banking. When ordering, a payment window will open in the same way as for payment by credit card, in which you can connect to your online banking and then pay the purchase amount directly from your bank account.
Note:
Not all payment methods are currently available in the stores, such as the Klarna options.
Unfortunately, this is not possible. Neither for non-brand models nor for older e-bikes from eFRAMER.
We recommend selling an older e-bike via the usual platforms such as velocorner.ch.
Questions & answers about the e-bikes
Yes, this is possible with the most common trailers without any problems. However, make sure that you have a suitable thru axle, which must be slightly longer. And that it has the right diameter. eMountain bikes in particular require thicker thru axles than those supplied by the trailer manufacturer as standard.
Mounting on the thru axle is not recommended for the eAlpin SL and eAlpin Pro carbon frame models.
We currently only offer e-bikes up to 25 km/h, which can be ridden without a license or yellow number. Even on cycle paths and natural roads, where fast e-bikes up to 45 km/h are prohibited in Switzerland.
It is not yet possible to charge the battery while driving downhill or by braking.
Yes, with the Bosch PowerMore 250 Range Extender Set you can give your e-bike a 250 Wh battery charge on top. This can be mounted directly on the bike thanks to the corresponding bracket.
A standard 230V socket is all you need to connect the Bosch charger.
Young people aged 16 and over can get on an e-bike saddle without a test. With a passed moped test, even from the age of 14.
Thanks to the 4A fast charger, which is standard with eFRAMER, you can significantly reduce your charging times compared to most other brands, which often only provide a 2A charger.

Yes, with the exception of the eAlpin SL model, the battery can be removed from the frame on all models. A wrench is sufficient, no tools are required.
Yes, for the models with a lock you get a single key for the lock and the battery.

We include the 4A quick charger with all models. This halves the charging time compared to the 2A charger.
It is possible to change from the same display type. For example, from the Kiox 300 to the Kiox 500, it is best to visit an Ochsner Sport branch/workshop. There you can order the desired display and have it fitted.
It is not possible or permitted to switch between two different display types. If you want to replace the display on the handlebars with a display in the frame.

Questions & answers about test driving
No, just drop by.
We only recommend making an appointment for a longer test drive in our store in Thun.
A test drive is a short ride in and around the store, e.g. in the parking lot.
A test drive is a longer ride, possibly also off-road.
Not necessarily.
In any case, a short test ride will give you a good first impression of comfort and handling.
With eFRAMER, you don’t need to worry too much about the test ride. Thanks to the 30-day right of return, you have enough time to make sure that the e-bike really suits you. After we have optimally adjusted it for you at the handover.
This way, you can also be sure that the e-bike suits you when ordering online.
Questions & answers about home delivery
We deliver our e-bikes throughout Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein. Deliveries to other countries are currently not possible. Whether to your home, office, vacation home or as a gift to someone else – you decide.
The handover is free of charge and included in the price.
If you inform us personally in advance, yes, you can.
You can. We deliver e-bikes fully assembled and 100% charged.
Questions & answers about the right of return
That is up to you. You can return the e-bike regardless of the reason.
Yes, instead of returning the e-bike, you can change the model or frame size. Any price difference in the model would either be credited to you or offset.
If you return the e-bike with a distance of more than 150 km, we may reduce the refund amount.
If your e-bike is damaged when you return it, we will deduct this from the purchase price, which we will refund to you.
These models are usually sold as second-hand models in our store in Thun.

Questions & answers about the service package
The service package as shown on the website applies exclusively to new eFRAMER e-bikes from model year 2026 onwards. For older models, the services granted at the time of purchase apply.
Additional services and accidental damage are not included and are at your expense.
Unlike a warranty claim, you bring your e-bike to the workshop yourself. Collection by eFRAMER is not possible.
The free bike check including wear and tear material is only valid for the first 12 months after the date of purchase.
The free e-bike service including wear and tear material is valid from the 12th month up to a maximum of 24 months after purchase.
Later redemptions are not possible. Nor is it possible to pay out the service credit or transfer the service to another person or another e-bike.
The voucher is only valid for the eFRAMER e-bike purchased. It cannot be transferred or used for another (non-brand) e-bike.
You can still have your eFramer models serviced by us or at the Ochsner Sport workshops until 2025.
This depends very much on the riding style and therefore the load on the e-bike. As a rule of thumb, we recommend The annual service should be carried out approximately every 2000 km and at least once a year.
The two services included in the purchase price for the first two years can only be carried out in the eFRAMER store in Thun or in an Ochsner Sport bike workshop.
You can also have additional or subsequent services carried out at other specialist bike dealers in your area. Most specialist dealers nowadays also offer services for non-brand e-bikes.
Questions & answers about the guarantee
No. But you can take out premium e-bike insurance in our online store, which also protects you against damage caused by falls.
Always contact eFRAMER customer service first. We will then work together to find a solution as quickly as possible.
No. At least not without prior consultation with our customer service. The warranty expires immediately if you or a third party not expressly authorized by eFRAMER makes changes or repairs to the delivered items without the written consent of eFRAMER,
No. The use of the warranty does not lead to an extension of the original warranty period. This continues for the original period.
Despite changing the motor to model year 2026, you will of course retain your warranty on your eFramer bike with a Brose motor.
