Over 60 test drives
You can find eFRAMER e-bikes in over 60 stores throughout Switzerland. A test ride is possible there at any time.
Free handover at home
We will personally deliver your new e-bike to a location of your choice in Switzerland. We will set up the e-bike for you and show you how to use the most important components, such as the display.
30 days right of return
If your eFRAMER does not fit, you can easily exchange or return it within the first 30 days of delivery (max. 150 km). If you return it, we will refund 100% of the purchase price.
4-year guarantee with collection service
We trust our e-bikes and extend the warranty to a full 4 years. And should a warranty claim ever arise, we will collect your e-bike from your home, repair it and return it to you.
2-year service package
In the first year, you get a bike check worth CHF 59.95 for free. And in the second year, an e-bike service worth CHF 169.95. If wear parts such as tires, brake discs or chain need to be replaced, you will also receive these free of charge.

Bosch theft protection with GPS tracker
The Bosch ConnectModule is e-bike theft protection with GPS tracker. Integrated e-bike alarm system with signal triggering and push message in the event of theft or serious movement of the e-bike. Incl. Mount and cable. eBike Alarm is included in the purchase price for 12 months after activation. The extension then costs €4.99/month or €39.99/year (in-app purchase).

The TWIST Bottle 590 presents itself in a new design and with improved connection technology - for a guaranteed hold on every ride.
