Test drive wherever you want
Test the e-FRAMER e-bikes from the beginning of March in over 60 shops throughout Switzerland – uncomplicated, personal, and always near you.
Until then, you can already order online. And with a right of return, without risk, even without a test ride.
Double warranty with pick-up service
We are 100% confident in the quality of our e-bikes. That's why we extend your warranty to a full 4 years. And should a fault occur, we will pick up your e-bike at your home, repair it and bring it back to you.
Free home delivery
We will personally bring your new e-bike to your home – usually about a week after your order. And we will adjust it optimally to you and show you the most important steps.
Buy without any risk
If the e-bike doesn't fit for once, you can return it within the first 30 days after delivery. Or exchange it. Regardless of whether you bought it in a store or in the online shop. If you return it, you will be refunded 100% of your purchase price.

Service and wear material included
This is unique in Switzerland: With us, you get the bike check in the first year and the e-bike service in the second year after your purchase for free. Including wear material that needs to be replaced.
