Free handover at home

We will personally deliver your new e-bike to a location of your choice in Switzerland. We will set up the e-bike for you and show you how to use the most important components, such as the display.

30 days right of return

If your eFRAMER does not fit, you can easily exchange or return it within the first 30 days of delivery (max. 150 km). If you return it, we will refund 100% of the purchase price.

4-year guarantee with collection service

We trust our e-bikes and extend the warranty to a full 4 years. And should a warranty claim ever arise, we will collect your e-bike from your home, repair it and return it to you.

2-year service package

In the first year, you get a bike check worth CHF 59.95 for free. And in the second year, an e-bike service worth CHF 169.95. If wear parts such as tires, brake discs or chain need to be replaced, you will also receive these free of charge.
