If you notice that something is not right in the first 30 days (up to a maximum of 150 km) after delivery, please contact us.

We can then either exchange the model or frame size. Or we can come and collect the e-bike from your home and refund you 100% of the purchase price.

You order, we take care of the rest.

Regardless of where you bought the e-bike, simply contact our eFRAMER customer service.

We will discuss the return with you and arrange a collection date.

After a short bike check in our workshop, we will transfer the purchase amount to your bank account.

Questions & answers about the right of return


That is up to you. You can return the e-bike regardless of the reason.

Yes, instead of returning the e-bike, you can change the model or frame size. Any price difference in the model would either be credited to you or offset.

If you return the e-bike with a distance of more than 150 km, we may reduce the refund amount.

If your e-bike is damaged when you return it, we will deduct this from the purchase price, which we will refund to you.

These models are usually sold as second-hand models in our store in Thun.
