When we hand over your e-bike, we adjust it to your individual needs: saddle height, handlebars, shocks – everything so that it fits you perfectly.
And of course we take time for you: We’ll show you the most important steps, explain the display and show you how to charge and remove the battery.
So that you can set off safely and relaxed.


You order, we take care of the rest.
Just a few days after your order, we will contact you with a suggested delivery date. If the date is not suitable, we will find an alternative together – uncomplicated and flexible.
Our Blue Man will contact you by telephone around one hour before arrival.
In addition to the anticipation of your new e-bike, you will have an official ID with you so that we can make sure that the e-bike is handed over to the right owner.
Questions & answers about home delivery
We deliver our e-bikes throughout Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein. Deliveries to other countries are currently not possible. Whether to your home, office, vacation home or as a gift to someone else – you decide.
The handover is free of charge and included in the price.
If you inform us personally in advance, yes, you can.
