Until then, you can already order online. And with a risk-free right of return, even without a test drive.
Double guarantee with collection service
We trust the quality of our e-bikes 100%. That's why we extend your warranty to a full 4 years. And should a fault occur, we will come and collect your e-bike from your home, repair it and bring it back to you.
Free handover at home
We will personally deliver your new e-bike to your home - usually around a week after you place your order. We will set it up perfectly for you and show you the most important steps.
Buy without any risk
If the e-bike does not suit you, you can return it within the first 30 days of delivery. Or exchange it. Regardless of whether you bought it in the store or in the online store. In the event of a return, you will be refunded 100% of your purchase amount.
